The Iowa Hoshin Martial Arts Academy is dedicated to providing high quality training in martial arts, self protection, fitness, stress management, and self development, in a fun, family focused environment.  Our aim is to help our students to live their lives to the fullest, with passion and flair, by first addressing our most primal fears, head on, so that they can live fearlessly.
